TIME: Tournament begins at 9am
REGISTRATION & WEIGH IN: Friday, February 24th, 2012 4-8pm
Saturday, February 25th, 2012 6-8am
Remote weight in need to be received by February 23th
LOCATION: Day Spring Christian Academy 3734 W. 20th Street, Greeley, CO 80634
ENTRY FEE: $18.00 per wrestler
ADMISSION: $5 Adults, $3 Students, 5 and under free.
The age of the wrestlers will be determined as of January 1, 2012.
Proof of age and insurance is required at registration and will be checked.
If proof of age is not present at registration, the wrestler will not be allowed to wrestle.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
WEIGHT CLASSES: Ages 4 and under: 31, 35, 39, 43, 47, HWT
Ages 6 and under: 31, 35, 39, 43, 47, 51, 55, 59, HWT
Ages 8 and under: 45, 50, 55,60,65,70,75,80,85,HWT
Ages 10 and under: 55,60,65,70,75,80,85,90,95,100,105,110, HWT
Ages 12 and under: 65,70,75,80,85,90,95,100,105,110,115,120,125,130,140,145,150, HWT
Ages 14 and under: 75,80,85,90,95,100,105,110,115,120,125,130,135,140,145,

BRACKETING: 8 man brackets will be used. If only one wrestler is entered in a weight class the wrestler will be awarded a medal only, and may wrestle in the next weight class. NO DOUBLE BRACKETING
RULES: Collegiate rules apply except for the following:
1. Ages 4 through 10 will wrestle 3 one-minute periods
2. Ages 11-12 will wrestle 3 one and half minute periods
3. Ties will be broken with a one minute overtime period with both wrestlers on their feet.
The first take down wins. If the tie remains then the first point scored in regulation wins.
AWARDS: 1ST, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th will receive medals.
Mitchell Romero 2nd place finish at Grapplers Open
With a Record of 3-1 in which he had 2 pins using the Gator Move.... Congrats Mitchell
Lucas and Jesse also competed but did not finish in the trophy rounds but did represent the Gators very well.

We had a great Season, There was alot of tough competition this year and our boys did great throughout the whole tournament. Congratulations to those who placed in the League Championships.

Practice Schedule week of 11/14
We will have 3 practices this week, We have the gym until 8 pm on Mondays and Fridays so if anyone wants to stay they are more than welcome to. If you have any specific moves you want to work on this would be a great time to do so, We will gladly stay to help.
